Passports and Visas
Visa Requirements: You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents and/or verifying entry (Visa) requirements necessary for each country of travel and/or transit on your selected tour itinerary. Entry laws differ with respect to traveler’s citizenship. iYen Travel cannot obtain personal travel documents for customers or assume responsibility for notice of current requirements on any given country. You are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to your lack of appropriate travel documents. You should strictly abide by the laws and regulations promulgated by the government of the visiting country including but not limited to immigration and Customs Laws and Regulations. iYen Travel will not be responsible for any penalties due to your failure to abide by any regulations of the government of the visiting country.
Travel Documentation: A Valid Passport Is required for travel outside Canada. Your passport must be valid at least 6 months beyond your return date. Ensure that there are 1 or 2 blank pages in your passport. It’s The responsibility of the client to have the appropriate documentation required by the countries that you are travelling to and connecting through, and for re-entry back into Canada. When travelling with children, additional documentation may also be necessary. Entry to another country may be refused even if the required travel documents are complete and this is up to the customs and immigration policy of the visiting country.
Important Information for Air Bookings
Please reconfirm your flight times at least 24 Hours prior to departure direct with airline website.
Most Airlines Check-In can be done 24Hrs prior to departure. After Check-In you must be available at
the boarding gate at least 30 Minutes before departure or you may be denied boarding. Always check Airline’s website to view the most up to date flight schedule and baggage information.
Important Information for Tour Bookings
Living standards & practices at destinations with respect to provisions of utilities services & accommodations may differ from those found In Canada. The tour is subject to cancellation and schedule changes. Please read “Terms and Conditions” at the tour company website.
Currency and Exchange Rates
The prices presented on iYenTravel.com are denominated in either Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars, depending on the user’s preference. Supplier rates are initially quoted to iYen Travel.com in Canadian Dollars. Should a user opt for a currency other than Canadian Dollars, we will utilize the prevailing exchange rate at the time of quoting. It’s important to note that credit card payments processed later may be subject to a different exchange rate compared to the one calculated during the booking. Any such variance will be determined by either the supplier or your credit card company.
Please be aware that iYen Travel.com is not liable for currency fluctuations, and we cannot guarantee that the Canadian equivalent of your purchase will remain consistent, as this factor is beyond our control.
Price Fluctuations
Prices on iYenTravel.com are subject to change without prior notice. There may be discrepancies between initially advertised prices and final confirmed prices due to potential delays in updates from third-party service providers. In such cases, the final confirmed price on the payment page will prevail.
Please note that once a booking is confirmed, any subsequent price drops cannot be applied, as per the terms and conditions of travel suppliers.
iYenTravel.com is not responsible for any disruptions caused by server errors, internet connection issues, or technical defects.
All reservations and prices are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Confirmation will be provided after you complete the booking or receive a confirmation number from an iYenTravel.com agent.
Please review your booking to ensure that all information is correct, all changes and cancellation are
subject to fees. Agency fees are Non-refundable.

Please note that the cost of your reservation will be charged directly to your credit card or chosen payment method by the Supplier. Moreover, iYen Travel will not be responsible for situations such as overbooking, cancellations, or delays related to hotels, airlines, or cruise lines.
