    1st Day: Canada - Night on board
    It's time to set off on an unforgettable adventure through three South American countries! Head to your departure airport, ready to catch a flight to Río de Janeiro. Night on board.

    2nd Day: Rio de Janeiro
    Touch down in Rio de Janeiro, one of the best-loved cities in Brazil! Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day at your leisure. We recommend a stroll along Rio's famous beaches, Copacabana and Ipanema to soak up the truly vibrant atmosphere of this beautiful city and take in the views of the bay. Overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro.

    3rd Day: Rio de Janeiro
    Breakfast at the hotel. Set off on an included city tour of wonderful Rio, which includes a trip up to the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue. Visit world-famous Corcovado Mountain, home to one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. Christ Redeemer measures more than 2,296 feet in height and dominates the city's skyline. Admire the iconic structure; an immense rock statue built by the sculptor Francés Paul Landowski.     4th Day: Rio de Janeiro
    Breakfast at the hotel. Enjoy a free day to discover all the wonderful delights that Rio has to offer. Chill out at the beach, go shopping for souvenirs or discover the city's world-class restaurants. We recommend an optional excursion to Sugar Loaf Mountain for an unforgettable view across the city.
    Overnight stay in Rio de Janeiro.
    * Optional Excursion to Sugar Loaf Mountain: Head to the neighbourhood of Urca where one of the largest symbols of the city is located: Sugar Loaf Mountain. Travel to the top on a cable car and enjoy the spectacular views of Rio-Niterói Bridge and Corcovado Mountain. Look down on Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress and several beaches of Niterói and be amazed at the sheer beauty and diversity of the Rio skyline.

    5th Day: Rio de Janeiro - Iguazu
    Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for a flight to Iguazu, home of the most astounding waterfalls in the world. Arrive and transfer to your hotel and the rest of the day is free. If your arrival time allows, we suggest enjoying a bike ride through the jungle or simply relaxing in the beautiful natural setting. Overnight stay in Iguazu.

    6th Day: Iguazu

    Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the Argentinian side of Iguazu Falls on this included excursion. Explore the very heart of the waterfalls and appreciate their power from a series of footbridges. Explore the lower circuit, where you're likely to get a little wet from the waterfall drizzle! Afterwards, continue to the upper circuit to soak up the view from a different perspective. Finally, reach 'Devil's Throat' where a lookout area grants the opportunity to watch the water rush from the river and down an 80-metre-high sheer drop! Hear the roar of water whilst contemplating spectacular views of rainbows, birds, leafy green exotic plants and trees. * Return to the hotel and overnight stay in Iguazu.

    Optional Iguazu Great Adventure: Enter the jungle by the Yacaratiá trail in trucks specially designed for this environment.  This 5 km long stretch ends at Puerto Macuco. At the dock, board a boat that sails in the Lower Iguazu River for as long as 6 km, heading towards the waterfalls area, enjoying plentiful rapids. Upon reaching the Tres Mosqueteros Fall, see the falls of both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides crowned by the view of the Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat). Afterwards, the most exciting point comes when facing the incomparable San Martín waterfall, the hugest any boat may face. If you choose to take the optional, it will replace a part of the included tour on this day.
    Please note: You will not be able to take part in the Great Adventure excursion if you have any heart problems, have had any kind of heart surgery or if you have any physical disabilities.

    7th Day: Iguazu

    Breakfast at the hotel. Take an included excursion to the waterfalls on the Brazilian side of the border for a different perspective of this wonder of nature and for a chance to see some unforgettable panoramic views of the thundering falls and the lush landscapes that surround them. Journey through Iguazu Park before taking the jungle elevator down to the base of the waterfalls. From the 1,000-meter footbridge, you can admire the power of the majestic Iguazú Falls or go up an elevator to the Salto Floreano viewpoint. Observe the Iguazu River canyon, the Rivadavia waterfall and Tres Musqueteros. Towards the end of the route, reach the lower viewpoint of Garganta del Diablo, for an unforgettable view of this natural wonder! After an action-packed day, return to the hotel. We recommend an optional helicopter flight for amazing views of the Iguazu Falls.* Why not end this special with an unforgettable Argentina Experience dinner?** Overnight stay in Iguazu.

    Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport for a flight to Buenas Aires. Touch down in Buenos Aires, a sprawling city, full of colonial architecture and vibrant, Argentinian culture! Transfer to the hotel, get settled in and spend the remainder of the day getting to know this exciting city at your leisure! Check out its atmospheric tango clubs, excellent restaurants and bustling shopping streets.

    9th Day: Buenos Aires
    Breakfast at the hotel. Set off on a 3-hour city tour of Buenos Aires today! Known as the 'Paris of South America', visit the glamorous neighborhoods of Recoleta and Palermo and see Plaza de Mayo and the famous Casa Rosada government office. Visit the Metropolitan Cathedral and explore the unique architecture of trendy Puerto Madero. Step back in time to San Telmo, known for its renowned antique market, held every Sunday and stroll along Caminito Street, in the colorful neighborhood of La Boca. The remainder of the day is free to explore Buenos Aires at your leisure. We recommend a half-day excursion to the beautiful Tigre Delta this afternoon. As night falls, don't miss out on an unforgettable Asado Experience at a traditional Argentinian restaurant. Overnight stay in Buenos Aires.

    *Optional Half-Day Excursion to the Tigre Delta: Navigate the rivers of the Tigre Delta on this boat excursion, to enjoy the wonderful landscapes of the Rio de la Plata. Also, visit the city of San Isidro.

    11th Day: Buenos Aires - Calafate
    Breakfast at the hotel. Continue your Argentinan adventure today as you transfer to the airport for a short flight to El Calafate, a town at the edge of Southern Patagonia, and the gateway to the incredible Perito Moreno glacier! Arrive, transfer to the hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure exploring the town and sampling the unique cuisine on offer in this other-worldly region of Argentina! We recommend an optional dinner at La Tablita this evening.* Overnight stay in El Calafate.
    *Optional Dinner at Asador La Tablita: La Tablita, a Patagonian tradition since 1968, is a restaurant of encounter, tradition and innovation where you can taste the delights of Argentina. A few blocks from the commercial centre of El Calafate, you can enjoy a varied menu of authentic dishes.

    12th Day: Calafate
    Breakfast at the hotel. Journey to the amazing Perito Moreno, the most famous glacier in the world, on a full-day excursion. The only advancing glacier in the world, begin the day with a walk through the Patagonian Andean forest, stopping at the Curva de los Suspiros viewpoint to take in your first sighting of the Perito Moreno! Next, walk also a series of walkways to approach the glacier up-close and take in the panoramic views of this wonder of nature. If you are lucky, you may even see blocks of ice breaking from the glacier and plummeting into Lake Argentino below! Next, board a boat at Bajo de las Sombras Bay to enjoy a boat trip to contemplate the sheer natural beauty of the glacier's southern wall, a truly unforgettable experience and a highlight of any trip to Patagonia! The most adventurous may want to enjoy a mini-trek across the glacier with our optional excursion.* At the end of the day, return to your hotel and overnight stay in El Calafate.
    *Optional Glacier Mini-Trek Supplement: Experience nature and adventure on a mini-trek across the ice of the Perito Moreno Glacier. Passing through the port "Bajo de las Sombras", cross the walkways of Los Glaciares National Park in front of the lower Rico Lake.
    NOTE: Although there is a bar in the park, we recommend bringing a box lunch on excursions to avoid wasting valuable time in the park (you can request it at your hotel one day in advance, at an additional cost).

    13th Day: Calafate
    Breakfast at the hotel. Spend the day at your leisure, exploring the surroundings at your own pace or simply relaxing and enjoying the facilities of your hotel. You'll be captivated by the landscapes of this abundant region. If you want to know more about the glaciers, head to the Glaciarium Patagonian Ice Museum! Alternatively, learn more about Argentinian culture and tradition with a trip to Estancia 25 de Mayo or take an exciting Glacier cruise.* Overnight stay in El Calafate.
    *Optional Estancia 25 de Mayo Excursion: Visit the beautiful Estancia 25 de Mayo, a countryside retreat surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Learn about rural living in Argentina and enjoy a range of activities such as sheep herding, folkloric dance, visiting the stables and experiencing authentic Argentina cuisine at the on-site restaurant.
    *Optional Calafate Glaciers Navigation Cruise: Begin with navigation along the North Arm of Lake Argentino. After crossing the Boca del Diablo towards the Upsala Channel, arrive at the Spegazzini Base where you can enjoy the incomparable views of Glacier Bay and explore on foot.

    14th Day: Calafate - Puerto Natales

    Breakfast at the hotel. Your adventure continues today as you transfer to the bus station to catch a shared bus service to Puerto Natales (Bus ride takes aprox 5 hours), crossing the border into Chile and admiring the beautiful landscapes of Patagonia along the way. Arrive at Puerto Natales bus station and transfer to the hotel. Once settled, take some time to explore this once modest fishing port. Make sure to see the pretty corrugated tin houses and cozy old-style lodgings as well as enjoy the international restaurants and cafes overlooking the Señoret Channel. Overnight in Puerto Natales.

    Please note: Depending on availability and operations, the bus schedule can be either confirmed at 8:00 am or 16:30 pm. Information and details of the schedule will be provided 15 days prior to departure.

    15th Day: Puerto Natales
    Breakfast at the hotel. An unforgettable day awaits as you explore the world-famous Torres del Paine National Park today, an icon of Chile's natural beauty and loved by adventurers around the world. Set off into the landscapes of Southern Patagonia, stopping along the way at the Milodon Cave, an amazing natural monument where the fossilized remains of an extinct ground sloth were discovered in the 19th century. Continue into the national park observing the picturesque Sofia Lagoon, Cordillera Prat, Porteno Lake and pristine natural landscapes. Take in the views and snap some photos at the Gray Lake Viewpoint, and walk along the shore of Gray Lake. After a short rest stop, continue into the Salto Grande sector of the park to visit the Nordenskjold Lake Viewpoint, Paine Waterfall and Amarga Lake. Enjoy the amazing untouched wilderness and soak up the fresh air. The last stop, at dusk, is the Sarmiento Lake Viewpoint, for an unforgettable view as the sun begins to set. Return to Puerto Natales. Overnight stay in Puerto Natales.

    16th Day: Puerto Natales
    Enjoy a delicious breakfast and spend the day at your leisure. We recommend visiting the local history museum and enjoying the sea views across the islets and inlets from the unique Hand Monument. Take some time to stroll along the waterfront and soak up the tranquil atmosphere of this beautiful city and its breathtaking surroundings! We recommend an optional Grey Lake boat cruise.* Overnight stay in Puerto Natales.
    *Optional Grey Lake Boat Excursion: Head to Torres del Paine National Park to board the ship 'Gray III' and cruise on Grey Lake, taking in the unparalleled landscapes of floating icebergs and imposing mountains with an included pisco sour.

    17th Day: Puerto Natales - Punta Arenas - Santiago
    Breakfast at the hotel. At the indicated time, transfer to Puerto Natales bus station to catch the bus to Punta Arenas Airport, a journey of approx. 3 hours. From here, catch a flight to the Chilean capital of Santiago. Arrive in Santiago and transfer to the hotel. Spend the rest of the day at your leisure, exploring the beautiful city which is surrounded by Andean mountains and boasts a charming historic centre. We recommend strolling around the colonial centre and people-watching in one of the many cafe terraces. Overnight stay in Santiago.

    18th Day: Santiago
    Breakfast at the hotel. Get out and explore Santiago, a city full of stimulating possibilities, on a fascinating half-day city tour. Begin in the centre, on the main avenue of the city, to learn about its history and landmarks. Descend to the cobblestoned neighbourhood of Lastarría, bursting with green spaces and fancy 19th-century mansions, now restored and mostly used as cafes, restaurants, bookstores and museums. Next, experience the spectacular views from Cerro Santa Lucia where you can contemplate the city and hear more about its fascinating history. Descend the hill and pass by the emblematic Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral of Santiago and the former national congress. Dig deeper into Chilean history at the majestic La Moneda Palace and Plaza de la Constitución. It's time to smell the aromas and admire the amazing fresh produce at the Central Market before continuing to a Lapis Lazuli store to admire the beautiful crafts and handmade jewellery. Return to the hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing at your leisure. Wine lovers should indulge in the local Chilean wines, they're exceptional. Overnight stay in Santiago.

    19th Day: Santiago - Canada
    Breakfast at the hotel. It's time to bring your amazing adventure through South America to an end. At the indicated time, transfer to the airport to catch a flight back to Canada. Arrive in Canada and end your trip.
